Zipline in Mto wa Mbu

If you’re staying in Manyara region and are looking for an exciting daytime activity, we highly recommend the zipline. Run by our partners Foot on Africa, this excursion starts with a 15-minute scenic drive through lush banana groves, with tall coconut trees rising above.

The zipline course itself takes about an hour, carrying you between ancient baobab trees at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. The views? Incredible. The rides? Smooth and thrilling. Unlike a game drive, this lets you get right into the landscape, feeling the breeze, the magnificence, and the pure beauty of the Rift Valley from a whole new angle.
