Goodluck Lucas
Hello, I am Goodluck. My Grandfather lived in the wild landscape of Maasai Land about 50 km south of Arusha. He was fortunate to gain the opportunity to go to school. Going on to become a doctor, his son my father was raised and educated in Arusha. My father went on to become an hotelier working in the Serengeti at the Seronera Wildlife Lodge, and so my links and experience of The Serengeti and its’ teeming life began at a very early age. With my Mother a Chaga from Kilimanjaro and my Father a Maasai of the Serengeti, I have both tourism gems in my blood! I studied to be a guide at the Arusha Wildlife Institute and have been operating for 16 years now. I specialise in National Park Game drives providing a wealth of information about the wildlife, birdlife, ecology and geography. Illuminating the world of The Rift Valley through english, it is my great pleasure to welcome people from different countries and cultures to our beautiful home here in Northern Tanzania. I feel very lucky to get to meet such a diversity of peoples as it brings an expansion of knowledge and understanding to my life. Karibu!

Abu Shabani, a rangy young man with twenty six trips around the Sun under his belt delivers a guiding experience of excellence. Informative, bright, and knowledgable, Abu’s passion for the natural world and the ecology of Tanzania gives his guests a holistic and well informed experience.
Completing his studies in 2014 at the esteemed Mweka Wildlife College, Abu has been in demand from the start. Of Arusha, though raised in the region of Kilimanjaro, Abu traces the birth of his passionate engagement with the natural world to a trip he took with his Aunty at the tender age of seven, in 2001. Travelling through the mantra region, the bus stopped for a refreshment break. As young Abu stood by the bus a group of giraffe came walking stately and regal out of the bush. The magnificent animals came to within a hundred metres of little Abu and in that moment he was hooked on the glory that the earths wondrous fauna presented to the senses. Breathtaking, the great size of these creatures and the sense of gentle majesty that they exuded. There was from then only on path for Abu to pursue in his life’s journey. He simply could not take his eyes of the majestic creatures until they melted once more into the bush.
Following in his fathers footsteps Abu undertook training as soon as possible and began his career working as the resident guide at Ndarakwai Camp having the fortune to work with the renowned filmmaker Peter Jones.
This apprenticeship undertaking walking safaris gave Abu the perfect start to building his knowledge and experience.
Undertaking further training with &Beyond Luxury Tours, one of the most sought trading experiences on the continent, Abu moved on to Savannah tours. Abu works with guests in english and has a great interest in the smaller animals as well as insects with a deep knowledge of the bird and animal life of The Rift Valley. The Serengeti is Abu’s favourite destination and he gets great pleasure in communication and interaction with guests from across the globe.
Abu says he knows his job is done when at the end of an experience his guests are smiling widely and, the energy doesn’t lie, he can intuit that the guests are in a sublime state of adventurous enjoyment. He endeavours always make his guests comfortable and to make sure they are kept informed at all times. Communication is the clarion call of Abu’s professional work.
Abu’s hobbies are reading tomes on the natural world and the practice of wildlife photography. Abu loves music and exercises habitually. For Abu the most important trait in human interaction is empathy, with the expression of being in humility.

Enock Noah
He is a young and enthusiastic man. 24 trips around the sun, he was born and grew up in the Arusha region of northern Tanzania. As Arusha is the third-largest city found in northern Tanzania and a tourism hub, he grew up on a street where his brotherhood works as safari guides. Brotherhood’s strong influence caused him to pay attention and learn the stories of wild animals, and through books and story-telling, he discovered the male lion, who is now his favorite African wild animal! For him, the wild life is just the only way to become a better person. Later on, he attended a wildlife course after his high school studies.
Enock is a very talented and knowledgeable young man who has a true passion for the African bush, and he is ready to share his extremely intensive ideas and experience of wildlife with you.
