Kholle House Boutique Hotel

Located near the seafront of Stonetown, this is a beautiful historical boutique hotel that feels like you’re back in time. It was originally the palace for Bibi Kholle, a wife of one of Zanzibar’s first Sultans. They have 12 rooms and 3 Swahili suites that can be used for family interconnected rooms. There is a small pool, a restaurant, and a rooftop lounge area with a port and ocean view for shisha, chai or coffee and a water dispenser on every floor. The rooms are equipped with wooden Zanzibari beds, balconies and vintage decor.
